Hi. I’m Ceres, a Mother goddess, Sovereign Community Visionary, YouTuber, Author, and Facilitator—and yes, I also happen to be autistic.

I see the world through systems and patterns and I use that in the work I do to support my clients to integrate into the sovereign beings they were meant to be.

My Mission

I am choosing to fulfill a sacred contract I made before birth -- a calling woven into my design, life experiences, and relationships. Each step of my journey has prepared me to bring this work into the world. Through my books, YouTube content, and programs, I share this purpose with others.

I believe there is a lack of sovereignty in personal growth communities. I have personally contributed, so I understand the issue from within. It's not who's doing it, we are all part of this. And now, it's time to reveal the truth and liberate those who are praying for it.

Not everyone may be interested, but I believe that sovereignty is the missing piece many people need to help them live fulfilling lives.

Maybe people speak about sovereignty as boundaries and separateness, and although I do think it includes that, it's so much more than our independence. We need each other for sovereignty. Sovereignty is about learning how to deeply connect with ourselves, others, and the divine.

I have a vision of Sovereign Community, where integration happens naturally by showing up with responsibility, honesty, and love. Principles and agreements create the framework for this community to thrive. I teach how to do build this foundation in my programs, books, and bits and pieces on my YouTube channel.

My Approach

My approach supports each individual in discovering their unique path to sovereignty through a blend of systems and relational practices. While many people lean on cookie-cutter methods, I believe each of us carries a distinct combination of wounds and archetypes that shape our path forward. This unique blend holds the lessons we’re here to learn on the journey to sovereignty.

True integration requires us to engage deeply with our humanness, beyond positive framing or spiritual bypassing. In my programs, I create a container for relational work that invites us to fully be with our experience. This process can be uncomfortable but is profoundly transformational.

While many personal growth programs enroll unlimited numbers, I focus on smaller, intentional groups. I believe true transformation requires safe space, vulnerability, and the kind of deep connection that can only happen in an intimate setting. My programs are designed to help you uncover and integrate relational blocks—not only through mental exploration but also through the actual experience of being in community. Small, facilitated groups allow for this depth, creating the safe space necessary for true results.

Many people have learned how to create success, but few have truly understood how to create prosperity.

When we cultivate sovereign relationships with ourselves and others, prosperity follows naturally. This is why simply following basic manifestation techniques don’t work—because the blocks to what you desire show up in your relationships. My programs are here to help you uncover and integrate those blocks in a meaningful way.

This approach is rooted in the feminine process of being with your experience, not pushing through it. Unlike the masculine-driven methods common in personal growth, my work embraces a softer, embodied journey. This feminine approach allows transformation to arise naturally from within, through the depth of connection and presence.

My Experience

I have been on an intentional path of growth and healing for over 16 years, beginning with my first energy healing experience on a small island in Thailand. This journey led me to an Ancient Mystery School, where I studied for nine years, training as a Healer (with modalities including Spiritual DNA Activation, Shamanic Soul Retrieval, Crystal Healing Rites, and Aura Healing), a Teacher (Sacred Geometry), and a 2nd Step Ritual Master (working in ceremonial magick, emotional cord-cutting, and energy clearing). My studies there also included Kabbalah, deepening my understanding of ancient wisdom, spirituality and my first deep dive into a system!

I am a certified Shihan (Full Teacher) in the Jikiden Reiki Institute (Japan), specializing in “Eastern Reiki" that I have practiced for 14 years. For over a decade, I have taught meditation, intuition development, and sacred geometry, and I led group sound healings in salt caves using crystal singing bowls for seven years. My work has taken me to yoga and music festivals, and I founded a wellness expo, which I ran for three years before selling. In 2016, I launched a spiritual summer camp for adults.

I first learned about trauma sensitivity through volunteering at an organization that supported women who have been sex-trafficked. This experience deepened my compassionate approach, and I have since completed Facilitation Training at the Circling Institute. For nine years, I have facilitated Circles, Authentic Relating practices, and conflict resolution, guiding others in conscious communication to improve all relationships.

In 2020, I published my first book, Courage to Find Purpose, and I am currently working on a deeply personal, divinely guided book on Sovereignty. I also hosted the Badass Spiritual Warriors podcast from 2015 to 2020.
